By accessing or using any service, digital material, or physical kit provided by SeniorAvix, you agree to comply with these terms. If you do not agree, please refrain from using our offerings.

3. Eligibility and Use

Services are available to individuals aged 18 and older. You agree to provide accurate information and to notify us of any changes.

4. Fees and Payment

Fees are listed on our site and are payable in advance. We accept major payment options. If a payment fails, we may suspend the booked service until you arrange a successful payment.

5. Reimbursement and Cancellation

5.1 Legal Services

You may reschedule a consultation once without extra charge if you provide at least 48 hours notice. If SeniorAvix cancels, you will receive a full reimbursement processed back to the original payment method within 10 business days. If you cancel at least 7 days before a scheduled session, we will issue a reimbursement. Cancellations fewer than 7 days prior may be subject to a non-refundable fee to cover preparatory efforts. Certain time-sensitive filings or court representations require commitments to third parties and are non-refundable. This policy ensures we honor external deadlines and retain expert availability.

5.2 Information Products

Digital materials may be assessed within 14 days. If you have accessed less than 20% of the material, you may request a reimbursement. Requests must be submitted via contact us. After 14 days or substantial use beyond 20%, access is granted indefinitely and no reimbursement is available to protect content integrity.

5.3 Physical Kits

Items shipped may be sent back in their original condition within 30 days of delivery. You are responsible for shipping costs when sending items back. After we receive and inspect the shipment, we will issue a reimbursement within 15 business days via the original payment method. If items show signs of use beyond normal inspection, we may decline to reimburse to maintain kit quality standards.

6. Modifications to Terms

SeniorAvix may update these terms at any time. The date above reflects the current version. Continued use of our offerings after changes indicates acceptance of the revised terms.
